Who we are
Miraventura is run by COASTALCODING LIMITED (trading as Coastal Coding), registered in England and Wales, company number 14771208, 36 Woodlea Road, Worthing, England, BN13 1BN. Contact: hello@miraventura.com. These terms are our agreement with you.
Your account
You must be 18 or over; we delete an account we learn belongs to someone younger. Use your own name and email address, keep your password to yourself, and have one account. You can delete it at any time from its Account page.
Price
Miraventura is free. If we ever charge for something, you pay only if you choose to.
Fair use
Do not break into accounts or our systems, use automated means, disrupt the service or break the law, and do not type or say anything unlawful or abusive, or anyone else's private details. We may limit, suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, or switch off its AI.
AI features
A typed answer the game cannot mark goes to OpenAI, a spoken answer goes to OpenAI to be turned into text, and mini-game text goes to Cloudflare. You can switch these off in the game's settings. AI can be wrong. Each account has a daily allowance, and we may switch AI off at any time. See the privacy policy.
Our content
The stories, voices, music, pictures and software are ours or licensed to us. Use them only to learn with Miraventura.
The service
We provide Miraventura as it is, and may change or stop it; we will try to tell you before closing it.
Liability
Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer, or anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses we could not foresee or for events outside our control.
Law
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms, and its courts can hear a dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away the protection that the consumer law of where you live gives you.
Changes
Changed terms get a new version number, and we ask you to agree to them before you play again.
